POLICY-Internet Orders
All merchandise
weighing over 2# is shipped via UPS Ground Insured
unless otherwise requested. If an item is lost or broken in transit please contact us at
(479) 631-4120 so we can file a
claim immediately. We do inspect ALL merchandise upon receipt from our vendors and again prior to shipping. We strive for customer
satisfaction. There is a 15% restocking fee plus the price we paid
to ship your item on return of items that are not defective. If you want to exchange it for another item of
equal value or greater value a shipping fee will be charged for
reshipping. Mdse. must be received in same condition with all paperwork and Mint in Box as shipped from Doll & Gift Gallery and
must be returned insured within 5 days from receipt of shipment. FINAL
CLEARANCE
ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE!! Late returns carry and extra 5%
restocking fee.

Payment
Options Information
We accept Visa, MasterCard,
and Discover credit cards, Paypal, personal checks, cashier's
checks or money orders. We will notify you by email or phone if your credit card
does not go through properly. All payments must be in US dollars. To perform a
currency conversion, please click
here. To return to our web site simply close the window for the currency
converter. If your billing address is in Arkansas, you must pay
9% sales
tax.
When paying with your credit card, we will immediately charge your credit card and prepare it for shipment.
In the event an item is not in stock, we will notify you by
email as to the status of the item before processing the credit card and shipping the other items.
In the event you decide to cancel your credit card order that has already been processed
you will be charged
a 10% processing fee which will be deducted from your refund to your credit
card.
There will be a $20 service fee on personal checks that do not have sufficient funds
available at the time they are processed by the bank.
Layaway
Information
We do have a layaway plan at Doll and Gift Gallery. We must strictly enforce this policy or we will not be able to offer a
"layaway" program for our customers convenience ( No
layaway on One Day Production Lee Middleton
dolls or sale priced dolls.).
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING OUR "LAYAWAY" PROGRAM:
We will hold merchandise in "layaway" for a maximum period of
2 months. Generally it is 1/3 at time of layaway and 1/3
in 30 days and balance in 60 days. Layaways made for
purchases over $100 only. If
the payment terms stated by the customer have not been met, and no other arrangements have
been made by the customer, all money paid in and all merchandise held in
"layaway" will be forfeited by the customer to Doll
and Gift Gallery.
ADDED 5/5/2005
Once a Layaway has been made NO CHANGES can be made. It
creates
a major problem in inventory control and billing. NO
EXCEPTIONS!!
Layaway Instructions when using a Credit Card:
To place an order in "layaway" using your credit card, you will need to
complete you order through our online ordering process as you normally would with one
exception:
In the display box labeled "Comments" you must
indicate the following information:
a) state
that you would like to place this order in "Layaway"
b) state
the number of monthly payments you are requesting
for this "Layaway" (maximum is 2 months)
c) state
the amount of each payment and dates of the payments
and we will then charge your credit card on those dates.
Your order will be shipped when full payment has been
received.
Layaway Instructions when Mailing in payments:
If you prefer to mail in your payments, you may do so, but we will not put your
merchandise in "layaway" until the first payment is received. Please be
advised that on some of the limited edition merchandise that we offer, it may sell out
before we receive your first payment. To place an order in "layaway" by

lookout for it to arrive in the mail. Then, if for any reason we do not receive your
order form and payment, we will be able to notify you, otherwise we will have no knowledge
of your order. Your order will be shipped when full payment has been
received. Also, we do recommend that your last payment be made by money order or
cashier's check rather than a personal check so that you do not have to wait until the
last check clears the bank before we can ship your order.

Our shopping cart offers many unique features for our customers.
You can go shopping today and not actually finish the online ordering process and the
shopping cart will save your order for up to 5 days! Before your order is fully processed, you will see a complete summary of your
order. This confirmation screen will give you a chance to verify that your billing address, shipping address, credit card information
and order are correct before finalizing the order. After you place your order, a receipt
will be displayed that you can print. You will receive a "thank you"
message at the email address you entered along with a copy of your order. When
you place your next order, our shopping cart will recall your billing and shipping
information so you do not have to re-enter it.
Shipping Information
Orders
weighing over 2# will be insured and shipped by
UPS unless we are requested to ship by some other means.
Items weighing 2# or less will be shipped via USPS maill even
though the shopping cart reads UPS Ground. There will be a shipping charge for Priority Mail on dolls (2#
or more) Free shipping over $150 (effective 1/16/09) only applies to UPS not on
clearance or heavy accessory like doll benches etc.. Orders ship the
same or next business day from when order was received. During high volume seasonal
periods orders will ship within 2 to 5 business days. Our goal is to ship out same
or next day when at all possible.
All items are checked for damage or defectiveness prior
to shipping. Shipping costs are as follows: New

Free Shipping over $100 for UPS shipments only in the

These charges will not show on order confirmation invoice as webcart
can't add this and it will be added at the store.
If it is necessary to ship dolls via USPS Priority there will be a surcharge on all
items weighing
over 2 lbs.. You will pay the actual USPS cost to ship. This includes
Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii shipments that we ship USPS.
Shipping Outside the Continental United States Information-Including
APO Boxes
If your order is being shipped outside of the
continental United States, please be aware that shipping charges will be greater than
those listed within the shopping cart. We will charge you with the correct shipping
cost based on USPS Air Rates.
International Orders will be sent by the US Postal Service
and will be charged according to standard International Shipping rates.
A $5.00 processing fee
applies for international and APO boxes plus the cost of actual
USPS fees.

Pre-Order
Information
You can "pre-order"
an item that we have ordered but has not yet been released for delivery by the
manufacturer. We will fill pre-orders in the order they were received
(first-come, first-serve basis). To pre-order
merchandise you will need to complete you order through our online ordering process
as you normally would.
You will be contacted by email if we are unable
to fill your pre-order due to overwhelming response or its unavailability from the
manufacturer. We will notify you by email as well when the item is received and to be shipped so you will know to be looking for its' delivery.
Special Order Information
It is our intention to have the product you
want, when you want it! However, there will be occasions when we will have to
special order an item from a vendor based upon seasonal demands or if it is a slow moving
item. Just like other retailers, we are not able to carry a surplus of inventory as
we have limited inventory space in which to store them! We appreciate your patience and
understanding in these situations and we promise to do everything we can to insure you get
the item you want as soon as we can!
Cancellation
of Orders
We reserve the right
to charge up to $20 cancellation fees on orders that have
been packed and charged and ready for shipment. Late
cancellation on orders cause extra work and costs us money and a
great deal of time involved.
Temporarily Out of Stock Information
We do not currently have our inventory status
online. Therefore, there is a chance that we could sell out of an item the same day
you place an order for it. If this happens, we will notify you promptly by phone or
email of the estimated date of arrival of the merchandise and asked if you would like for
us to fill your order upon its' arrival. Your credit card will not be billed for any
items that are not in stock at the time you place your order online.
